- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went to ER with my son. He is developmentally disabled, mentality of 10 to 12 yrs old, but also has Tourette Syndrome, and is afflicted with latter stage Cystic Fibrosis. From the moment we arrived, everyone, from the receptionist to the triage staff, as well as the lab tech, radiology tech, ER nurses, and especially Dr Hughes, were concerned, compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Though they had just received a critical trauma case that they were dealing with, they took the time to listen, address our questions and concerns, and explain in clear detail what and why they were doing tests, ect.
